NOte: for those of you in Belize or those of you who wuill be visiting Belize, I have opened a health spa in Corozal Town, Belize on the Bay. It is called Prehispanico and is a branch of Abel's spa that he has in Chetumal. We offer massage therapy with temazcal. It is good for stress, tiredness, relaxation, insomia. The treatment is approximately 2 hours long depending on your condition and is for $50.00 BZ. We are building a huge Temazcal in my garden that can hold about 24 people who will sweat to herbs and oils.It is good for many ills. Drop in and see for your selves.
