CREAMY TOMATILLO DRESSING

INGREDIENTS

1. 1 (1 oz.) package Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix
2. 2/3 cup buttermilk
3. 1 cup Mayo
4. 2 small Tomatillos (Mexican husk tomatoes)
5. 2 cloves garlic, minced
6. 1 cup cilantro, chopped (measure then chop)
7. 1 teaspoon lime juice
8. 1/2 to 1 small jalapeno, seeds removed

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Remove husks from tomatillos. Chop into small pieces.
2. Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until combined and smooth.
3. Pour dressing in a container and cover. Refrigerate atleast 2 hours to chill before serving.
