De Bloating Smoothie
Ingredients:
1/2 cup pineapple
1/2 cup chopped lettuce ( or spinach)
1 lime
1 tsp. ground sunflower seeds
1/4 cup water
Instructions:

Just combine the ingredients in a blender and process everything well. This recipe is just for 1 glass, prepare another one for the second glass in the evening.
