CHICKEN BALLSIngredients
2 lbs. Ground Chicken
2/3 cups flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 1 egg ¼ cup milk 1 tsp consume 1 tsp season all | Preparation
Put all ingredients in bowl. Mix well.
Drop by teaspoon in hot deep oil. Fry until golden brown. Serve with Sweet & Sour Sauce. |
