Rice a la Beer (Arroz a la Cerveza) - A RECIPE FOR TODAY

Rice a la Beer (Arroz a la Cerveza)
Ingredients:
2 cups of rice,
4 cups of beer,
green stem of 6 green onions,
2 slices of smoked bacon,
juice of half an orange,
1 teaspoon oil,
salt and pepper.

Preparation:
Fry rice until it changes color, then add the green part of the onions, minced, and continue to fry.
Add chopped bacon and continue to fry a while.
Pour in beer and orange juice and let cook.
Enjoy!
