A LOW CARB CHEESY MUFFIN RECIPE FOR TODAY


INGREDIENTS: 
8 eggs
½ lb. sausage
1
 cup cheddar cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper
Add any veggies you want…. (In the photo here is added, onion, tomato, mushroom & zucchini)

PREPARATION:
Brown and drain sausage. 

Beat eggs in bowl. 

Add meat, cheese, salt, pepper, and optional ingredients. Mix. 

Pour into greased full size muffin pan 2/3 full. 

Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes. 

Use toothpick to check for doneness. 

Keep in a zip lock bag and refrigerate or freeze them and reheat in the microwave.
