Amazingly Easy Peach Cake
from SBC1 large can peaches, drained and pureed
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp baking soda

Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Mix dry ingredients and peach puree and vanilla. Grease a 9 by 13 pan. Pour mixture in evenly and bake 35 min or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Amazing Topping>>>
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/4 cup coconut
1/2 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup evaporated milk
Bring to a boil, remove from heat, and add>>
1 cup chopped pecans
Spread over cooled cake and let sit for 2 hours before serving
