PORK CHOPS WITH BEER AND GARLIC
INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs pork chop ( about 4 pork chops)
1 teaspoon oregano
1 can of beer
3 cloves garlic
pepper
rosemary
5 olives
Salt
2 teaspoons oil
PREPARATION:
Place a frying pan with a little oil to heat on the stove. Half the garlic cloves and place in heated oil to be fried (not too much) and set aside.
Season the meat, fry a little, add oregano, rosemary, beer and garlic.
Remove from stove once cooked and it is ready.
It can be served with white rice or a veggie salad or some steamed veggies.
