Easy Chili RECIPE FOR TODAY

Easy Chili

Total Prep Time 5 minutes 
320 calories per serving 

Protein 19g Fat 16g Net Carbs 19g

Ingredients
1 1/4oz ground beef or ground lamb
1 1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil or canola oil
1/3 cup kidney beans (canned and drained)
1 tomato
1/4 cup can diced tomato
A tiny bit of chili flakes (optional)
2/3 oz feta cheese or mozzarella cheese 
A tiny bit of salt (optional)

Directions
Put all the ingredients ( except for feta cheese) in iPod, mix, and bring to a boil. Let chili simmer for around 30 minutes. 

Note: add a bit of water if the canned tomatoes don't provide enough liquid.

Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with feta cheese.
