BANANA TEA SLEEP REMEDY RECIPE FOR TODAY

Do you have trouble falling asleep at night? The remedy is in a BANANA!!!

BANANA TEA

Ingredients
1 banana 
water to fill pot 
small pot

Directions
1. Cut the ends off a banana (organic recommended).
2. Boil it in a small pot of water for 10 minutes. 
3. Strain into a mug and drink an hour before bed.
