prehiSPAnic cocoon Apple Quesadilla
2 flour tortillas 
1/2 cup grated mozarella cheese
1 Granny Smith apple, sliced
pepper sauce, optional

Sprinkle a layer of cheese over one tortilla. 

Place apple slices on top of the cheese and sprinkle pepper sauce on it if you desire a spicy taste and top with the remaining tortilla.

Microwave for 30 seconds or until the cheese melts. 

For a toasty tortilla, use a large skillet and toast for 1-2 minutes on both sides, until the cheese is melted. 

Cut into 8 slices like you would a pizza.
