prehiSPAnic cocoon Turkey N Veggies Stew
1 cup ground Turkey
¼ cup mixed vegetables
½ slice onion, diced
3 strips bell pepper, diced (optional)
A pinch of Salt
A dash of Black pepper
1 cup turkey broth
Brown turkey meat then add turkey broth, mixed vegetables, onion, bell pepper, salt and black pepper and cook about 4 minutes, turning meat and vegetables constantly.
Serve on a bed of lettuce.
