Bloat-Busting Banana Smoothie
Filled with probiotics, protein and fiber, this smoothie will help balance your belly bloat
Makes 1 smoothie.
Ingredients
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 banana
2 pitted dates
1/4 cup almond milk
Direction
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
