Asparagus and Peppers
1 bunch fresh asparagus
1 small onion, chopped
1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
3 T. butter
1/2 tsp. garlic sea salt
good splash of soy sauce
pepper to taste
Trim the woody ends from the asparagus and then cut into 1" pieces. Melt the butter in a skillet over med. high heat. Add the veggies and seasonings, saute until your desired tenderness.
