Multigrain Bread RECIPE FOR TODAY

Multigrain Bread
you will need;
1/2 cup ground flaxseed*
1/4 cup sugar
2 cups whole wheat flour 
1/4 cup molasses
1/2 cup rye flour 
1/4 cup unrefined canola oil
1/2 cup oat bran (optional) 
1 tablespoon dry yeast
41/2 cups high-gluten bread flour 
21/4 cups warm water

* Grind whole flaxseed to the consistency of fine flour in a coffee grinder.
• Combine ingredients in descending order and mix thoroughly.
• Pour dough into 3 standard-size, lightly buttered bread pans.
• Bake at 375˚F for about 1 hour or until loaves are loose in pans.
