Oatmeal Weight Loss Drink RECIPE FOR TODAY

Oatmeal Weight Loss Drink
1 cup oatmeal
3 liters of water

Blend oats and water until oats are rolled back.

Boil for 5 minutes and allowed to cool.

Refrigerate and presto!

If you do not like the texture, you can strain the oatmeal to only drink water. Although we recommend you do not do as oats bring many benefits to your body and helps you lose weight faster.
Oat water it used to lose weight because fiber containing calm the hunger and decreases food cravings. You can drink it at any time and, preferably, drink 2 glasses a day.
