Tostadas a la Beliceña RECIPE FOR TODAY

Tostadas a la Beliceña
6 fried corn tortillas
Mayonnaise or Re-fried Bean to coat tortilla
1/2 lettuce, finely sliced 
2 - 3 cups shredded cooked chicken (I use baked chicken) or any meat of you preference
pickled or fresh slices of onion (optional)
1 - 2 tomatoes, sliced
1/2 -1 avocado, sliced
1 small can sliced jalapeño pepper
1 small can half and half cream (media crema)
1/2 lb (approx) Grated Dutch Cheese

Fry corn tortillas.

Spread mayonnaise or re-fried bean on fried tortilla.

Load tortilla with ingredients in order listed above.
