Zucchini Casserole RECIPE FOR TODAY

Zucchini Casserole

1 cup Bisquick...
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup grated cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
3 cups thinly sliced zucchini

Directions:
1 Mix all ingredients and pour into greased 9X13 pan.
2 Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
