Cheesecake Brownies RECIPE FOR TODAY



Cheesecake Brownies
INGREDIENTS:
1 boxed brownie mix or homemade brownie recipe
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp butter, softened
1 tbsp cornstarch
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
16 ounce container chocolate frosting
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Prepare brownie mix according to directions on package. Pour batter in the baking dish.
Beat the cream cheese, butter, and cornstarch until fluffy. Gradually beat in the sweetened condensed milk, egg, and vanilla until smooth. Pour cream cheese mixture over the brownie batter.
Bake for 45 minutes. Allow to cool. Spread frosting over top. Store covered in the refrigerator.
