Hawaiian Chicken with Peppers and Pineapple RECIPE FOR TODAY

Hawaiian Chicken with Peppers and Pineapple
2 chicken breasts
½ red pepper, sliced
½ yellow pepper, sliced
10oz (ish) can diced pineapple in juice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
½ tablespoon sesame oil
½ teaspoon ground ginger
½ teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Preheat your oven to 375F. Season both sides of the chicken with a little salt and pepper.
In a large stainless steel pan, heat one tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat and brown both sides of the chicken breasts.
Add in the peppers and saute for a few minutes or until the peppers begin to brown.
In a bowl, mix together ¼ cup of pineapple juice from the can, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, paprika, and brown sugar.
Pour the sauce in the pan, add the pineapple, cover, and transfer to the oven and bake for 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
Serve and enjoy!
