Red Pepper Jelly - A RECIPE FOR YOU TODAY


Red Pepper Jelly

2 cups finely chopped red pepper
5 cups granulated sugar
1 cup vinegar
⅓ cup lemon juice
1 – 6 oz. bottle Certo

Method: 
Bring the red pepper and sugar to a boil. 
Continue to cook for one minute. 
Add the vinegar and lemon juice.
 Bring to a boil and cook for about another 3 to 4 minutes. 
Strain. 
Add Certo. 
Boil 2 – 3 more minutes. 
Pour into sterile jars and seal.
