A SALAD RECIPE FOR YOU TODAY

Lettuce Vegetable Salad With Dressing by Cornelio Marfield Ingredients: 1 large lettuce 2 Avocado 2 lbs carrots 2 lbs tomatoes 1 purple onion 3 stalks of cilantro Methods: 1. Wash all vegetables 2. Peel and dice up the avocado and tomatoes 3. Finely chopped up the onions and cilantro 4. Grate the carrots 5. Place all of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. 6. Prepare and pour evenly, the dressing below over the top of the salad 7. Serve on a leaf lettuce. Dressing for Vegetable Salad Add 2 oz lime juice, 2 oz coconut oil, 1 tsp honey, pinch of salt, pinch of cayenne powder and 1 clove of dice garlic and mix thoroughly together in a small dish Serving size: 3 cups of serving.
