PORK CHOPS WITH MUSTARD AND WINE SAUCE
4 pork chops
100 ml of white wine
100 ml beef broth
2 tablespoons mustard
1 onion, chopped
1 teaspoon flour
First, we place the chops on the grill.
When we turn it over, salt it and remove from grill.
In a frying pan, brown the chopped onion with a pinch of salt.
When browned, add flour and sauté it well for roasting.
Wet it with wine and reduce heat.
When the wine has evaporated, add the broth, mustard, chop, pickles and chopped parsley and cook for 10 minutes to reduce the sauce.
Serve chops with sauce.
White rice can be served as a side dish or a veggie salad can be the side.
