PEANUT BUTTER & BANANA SMOOTHIE RECIPE FOR TODAY

PEANUT BUTTER & BANANA SMOOTHIE
This peanut butter and banana smoothie is so tasty and naturally sweet. The peanuts butter and almonds contain healthy fat also good for helping to keep you satisfied, and the protein is great for toning or building muscle.
1 ripe banana, frozen (tip: peel banana before freezing)
½ c almond milk
1/2 c low-fat greek yogurt
2 ice cubes
1 Tbsp Peanut Butter 
1/4 tsp cinnamon
8-10 raw, natural almonds
Blend on high.
Enjoy!
