Mushroom Portabello Stuffed RECIPE FOR TODAY

Mushroom Portabello Stuffed

- Mushroom portobello
- 100 gr Chopped spinach
- 30 gr chopped coriander
- 10 gr Dehydrated tomato (hydrated in hot water)
- 60 gr cream cheese

1. Clean mushrooms, hollow out.
2. Chop spinach, tomatoes and cilantro. Cook in pan with olive oil and garlic clove.
3. Mix with cream cheese and add salt and black pepper, to taste.
4. Fill the mushrooms. Put cheese on top.
5. Bake until cheese is melted and golden brown.
6. Serve with yogurt sauce. (optional)
