Arepas
Ingredients:
- 200 g of corn flour
200 ml of water
- 7 g of salt
Filling Ingredients
Choice of ham, cheese, ham and cheese, cream cheese, spinach with ham and cheese
Preparation:
1. Mix flour with water and salt. Stir.
2. Let stand for 3 min.
3. Form balls and crush.
4. In a nonstick pan, place arepas until golden and crisp.
5. Fill with ingredients of you choice such as, cheese, ham or both or cream cheese.
