Tamales of Sliced Peppers with Cheese and Green Sauce

INGREDIENTS
1.-2 Kg Flour for Tamales
2.-Corn Leaves
3.-1 L Chicken Broth
4.-800g approx. Pork Lard
5.-Salt
6.-2 Tablespoons Baking Powder
7.-Green Tomatoes and Green Chilies
8.-1 Shredded chicken breast
9.-Chiles Cuaresmeños (partied in slices)
10.-5 Tomatoes (chopped)
11.-2 Onions (1 of them cut in slices)
12.- Oil
13.-Oaxaca cheese


INSTRUCTIONS
1.-Wash and soak the tamale leaves in cold water
2.-Bring the peppers to boil in water together with the tomatoes. Blend together with water, an onion and a clove of garlic
3.-Season the tomatoes and onions in a frying pan with little oil and salt, cover and lower the flame to season
4.-In a container add 800g approx. off pork lard, beat until creamy
5.-Add a portion of the flour and mix. Integrate the flour little by little
6. Add the two tablespoons of baking powder and beat
7.-Divide the mixture to enhance sweet tamales
8. Add salt and chicken broth (about 1/2 cup cold), BEAT
9.-In a cup with water add a little of the mixture, if the mixture floats, it means that the mixture is already ready
10.-For sliced ​​cheese tamales: Open the leaf and place a portion of the mixture in the center, place the tomato that has been seasoned along with the onion, add 1 or 2 slices and the cheese. Close the sheet
11.-For the green sauce tamales: April the leaf and place a portion of the mixture in the center, add the green sauce, put the chicken strings and close
12.-In a steamer place enough water and place sheets of tamale as bed
13.-Arrange the tamales to stand upright and cover them with a kitchen towel, leave them to cook for 1 hour
14.-Check the tamales to see that they have been well cooked and turn off the stove
