You will need:
2 cups fresh arugula
1/2 chopped avocado
3 slices of fresh mozzarella cheese
Fresh basil leaves
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
A pinch of sugar or a spoonful of honey
Salt and pepper
Mix the mozzarella cheese, arugula and avocado in a bowl.
Sprinkle with basil leaves.
In a small bowl mix olive oil with balsamic vinegar, add sugar or honey, salt and pepper.
