Chicken Lasagna - A RECIPE FOR TODAY



Chicken Lasagna

Ingredients:
-1 Red white onion
-1 Large jar of mushrooms
-Chicken Stock
-4 Chicken breasts
-Butter
-1 paprika
-Several garlic cloves
-Salt
-Pepper
-mozzarella cheese
-cream milk
A box of lasagna noodles (500g)
-2 tomatoes
-Parmesan cheese

Preparation:
Cook chicken in water with finely chopped garlic, waiting for it to be ready, then drain and shred it.

Cook pasta for lasagna in water and salt, wait for 10 or 15 minutes until al dente.

To make the sauce, you must first chop the white onion, tomatoes and paprika; then we fry them in a pan with butter. When these are ready add the chicken stock and cream and stir until boiling and add the chicken.

Separately, fry the mushrooms in butter. Then we cut the cheese into strips.

Preheat the oven at 350 degrees C.

To begin forming the lasagna, grease with butter a large skillet, then put a first layer of pasta for lasagna then put the sauce, mushrooms and mozzarella cheese. We do the same procedure to fill the container you are using.

Remember that the last layer should be the lasagna pasta. Finally put Parmesan cheese and put in the oven (preheated) at 350 ° C for 20 minutes (approximately) until golden brown.
