QUESO FUNDIDO CON CHORIZO
INGREDIENTS
1 (7 oz.) package Cacique® Shredded 4 Quesos Blend
½ package Cacique® Beef, Pork or Soy Chorizo
PREPARATION METHOD
In skillet, cook chorizo until it crumbles, about 10-15 minutes. Drain if necessary. Add shredded cheese; one handful at a time and stir until melted. Serve immediately with warm tortillas or chips.
