Easy Pot Roast RECIPE FOR TODAY


Easy Pot Roast

Ingredients:
2 10.5 oz cans of cream of mushroom soup
1 pk. onion soup mix
1 1/4 cup water
5lbs beef round rump roast
sprinkle black pepper over roast
sprinkle garlic powder over roast

Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients in 6 qt. slow cooker. Place beef roast in slow cooker and turn to coat well. Sprinkle the black pepper and garlic on top. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 7 hours.
