BAKED TROPICAL CHICKEN MEATBALLS

Ingredients:
2 (15.25 onzas) cans DOLE Tropical Fruit
1 lb ground chicken
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Directions:
Preheat oven at 400F
Puree the fruit on a food processor
Mix the 1/2 cup of the fruit puree with the the ground chicken and bread crumbs
Add salt and adjust to taste
Form meatballs
Bake them for 25 minutes on a preheated oven at 400F. You can place them under the broiler for an additional 2-3 minutes if you would like them extra golden brown
While the meatballs are in the oven make the sauce by sautéing the rest of the fruit puree with soy sauce and the remaining canned of fruit. Let all of this cook down together and poor it over the meatballs once they come out of the oven.
