Belizean Dip for Meatballs
Ingredients
6 tblsps tomato ketchup 90ml
4 tblsps Pepper Sauce (or to taste)
1-1/2 tblsps lemon juice
1 tsp soy sauce 5ml
1/2 tsp salt 2ml
1/2 onion (minced)

Directions
Put all ingredients in a small deep bowl. (Mix well)
Make meatballs very small. Use as an appetizer.
