Marinade Potato with Cilantro and Lemon
1/2 kg of new potatoes
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Zest of 1 lemon
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1. Cook the potatoes with salt. When ready, remove them from the water.
2. Cut them in half and place them face down in a hot pan with olive oil. Cook them in that position for 3 minutes, move and add the garlic.
3. When you feel browns, add the lemon juice, zest and cilantro. Salt and pepper to taste.
Tip: chopped green onion is not bad on these potatoes
