Cook the shrimp with salt, garlic, onion, green pepper and celery.
Then, remove and peel shrimps and save water shrimps were cooked in.
Cook some vegetables (tomatoes, onions and peppers, carrots, green beans and a little cilantro) in a tablespoon of olive oil.
Place the cooked vegetables in the broth that the shrimp was cooked in, and add some tomato puree or fresh tomato that are blended, seasoned and cooked.
Add a spoonful of soup of shrimp.
Since vegetables are cooked but "crunchy" you put the shrimp in and boil all together about 3 minutes only.
It can be served with rice soup, crackers, chips, freshly made corn tortillas, salsas and strips of avocado.
