(For 6 packets of this delicious pasta)
- 1 clove garlic, peeled
- 50ml olive oil
- 300g canned peeled tomatoes
- 250g of spaghetti
- 10 black olives, chopped
- 1/2 cup finely chopped parsley
- 6 slices of bacon
- Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wax Paper
Cook spaghetti al dente in plenty of boiling salted water for 9 minutes or according to package directions.
In a skillet heat the olive oil with the garlic clove for about 2 minutes. Remove the garlic, add the canned tomatoes and cook for 15 minutes. Crush the tomatoes with a wooden spoon, so they are more easily cooked.
In a bowl, mix the spaghetti with tomato sauce, olives and parsley.
Coat 6 sheets of 25 x 20 cm wax paper with olive oil and distribute spaghetti with sauce in the center of each. Place a slice of bacon them on and fold the paper into packets (right side over left side first then bend the ends down).
Cook for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 ° C.
Open each package by cutting with scissors in the center and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and eat immediately.
