Sweet Sour Fish
Ingredients:
1 frozen fish fillet
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
2 slices pineapple
1 egg
some corn starch
some sliced ginger

= Marinade =
little salt
little ground white pepper
1 tsp light soy sauce

= Sauce =
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp plum sauce
½ tbsp vinegar
½ tbsp sugar
3/8 cup water

1. Rinse fish fillet and cut into pieces. Marinate for 10 minutes then set aside. Cut pineapple and bell peppers into chunks.
2. Whisk the egg. Add corn starch and mix well. Put the fish fillet pieces into the batter. Deep fry in hot oil until golden and done. Drain and set aside.
3. In a wok, heat about 1/2 tablespoon oil. Add sliced ginger, bell peppers and pineapple. Stir fry briefly then set aside.
4. Add sauce ingredients and cook over low heat. Stir in corn starch solution mix and keep stirring until it thickens.
5. Put all ingredients back in the wok and stir until they are coated in sauce evenly
