SNOWY EGG RECIPE FOR TODAY


SNOWY EGG
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese
Salt to taste

Preheat oven to 170 ° C.

Separate the whites from the yolks and whisk the egg whites.

Add salt and grated cheese, and stir with a spatula to envelope sponginess.

Butter baking dish and divide the beaten egg whites to form two mounds.

With the back of a spoon create a space in the center of each mound.

Insert a yolk within it.

Place in the oven for 9 minutes.

Serve with rice or with side of your choice! I like it with lettuce and tomato!
